The producer, the very famous and renowned company Castellare di Castellina is in fact one of the most historic, working to defend these centuries-old traditions. Castellare di Castellina was born from the union of four farms. Those were the 70’s when the so-called Renaissance of the Italian wine had begun. No, all the products we sell are seasoned and under vaacum. They do not need to be transported at controlled temperature in a refrigerated truck. However, in the summer, for additional safety we can use dry ice and other protections to ensure an even more careful service.
