In 1953 Giuseppe and Gino, sons of the soil, decided to become 'shop boys' and opened the first nucleus of the Bonci confectionery company, first a bakery, then a pastry shop, which in almost seventy years has carried forward confectionery traditions and production innovation. Remaining faithful to the confectionery tradition, today the company has developed new products and new techniques, also dedicating itself to chocolate, collaborating with master Michele Mezzasoma.

The history of Brancaia began in 1980 when the Widmer family, of Swiss origin, bought the Podere Brancaia in Castellina in Chianti as a summer residence in Tuscany. In Attesa DOC, Vinification:
On arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and left almost intact. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 27 °C and maceration lasts about 25/30 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. After about a few months, the wine is filtered and bottled.

Their fruit is also used to make traditional jams without the addition of sugar or additives, guaranteeing a healthy and tasty product to take straight to your table.Unlike the consortium, the certaldo onion has very ancient origins, it was in fact already mentioned by Boccaccio in the famous Decameron for its taste and extraordinary characteristics.
