Over the years, Novaro expanded his business and the ever-increasing number of hives convinced him to move permanently to Grosseto, while maintaining a close relationship with his homeland, where he continues to produce forest and chestnut honey. In the workshop at the headquarters, fruit is processed to produce extra jams, compotes to accompany cheese and fruit in syrup, as well as honey-based gastronomic specialities and much more.
