Renzo Marinai
Renzo Marinai's estate is named after the nearby ancient church of San Martino. Renzo Marinai himself took over the estate in 1996 and, with the support of oenologist Giovanni Cappelli, completely reorganised its operations, converting it into an entirely organic farm. The estate covers about 33 hectares; just over eight are planted with vines. The terrain is undulating, rising and falling between 350 and 500 metres above sea level. The soil is marly, perfect for Sangiovese, allowing good drainage and the development of deep roots.

Intense aroma of red fruit with spicy notes well harmonized given by the aging in wood.
Montecucco Sangiovese DOCG Podere Montale:
Obtained from the grapes of Sangiovese vineyards located in the highest part with south/west exposure. Red fermentation on the skins for about 15 - 20 days at controlled temperature (27/28 °C). This phase is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks specifically designed for the delicate extraction of tannins and colour. After this process the wine is placed in 3,000 litre oak barrels where it ages for 12 months. Finally, it is bottled and properly stored at a controlled temperature so that it can continue its refinement.

Podere Montale, was founded in July 2014 but found its true beginning with the first harvest of the 2015 vintage. The story is all to be written. The will and the road taken in these years is to create a well-integrated reality on a territorial and social level, which can be a flagship for the entire community and for the name of Montecucco. Olio Abbraccio
Olio Abbraccio was born in Seggiano, on the slopes of Monte Amiata, a small medieval village of about 1,000 people, but surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. Seggiano also gives its name to the cultivar, the Olivastra Seggianese, a plant that withstands the low temperatures of Monte Amiata's winters. Podere Paterno
In the Podere Paterno, located in a hilly area of the Val di Cornia rich in olive groves, graze the flock (more than a thousand head of sheep) that provides excellent milk from which a wide variety of cheeses are made. All this is possible thanks to an ancient tradition that has been handed down for three generations. The farm is part of the Geothermal Park of the Biancane and is part of the Renewable Energy Food Community as it uses geothermal heat in the various stages of production. It has always been committed to producing sheep's milk cheeses of the highest quality made exclusively from milk produced by its own herds

Mascagni Farm
Mascagni Farm has inherited from past generations of farmers who cultivated 600 old olive trees of the indigenous Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino varieties in the Val d’Orcia. An olive grove made in the old way from which derives an extra virgin olive oil that expresses to the maximum the scents and flavors of Pienza’s territory. Even in such a traditional olive-growing, Mascagni Farm try to use as much technology as possible in the field of natural bio-stimulants and organic fertilizers to keep the old olive trees strong and healthy.
