Rooted in Tuscany, in the heart of the prestigious Chianti Colli Aretini terroir, La Corneta bears the mark of time and the seasons. The wines are produced from 8 hectares of organically cultivated vineyards, where historic grape varieties coexist with rarer ones: Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Incrocio Manzoni. Giardiniera is delicious as an appetiser, but you can also use it as a tasty side dish. Try it with grilled meat or boiled meat. A classic traditional appetiser delivered straight to your door.
With a tangy and lively flavour from the vinegar used to preserve them, the vegetables retain a firm texture and are pleasant to bite into, with a balance of sweetness and freshness: carrots and peppers add sweet notes, while cauliflower and spring onions add more intense flavours.
La Selva Organic Farm:
LaSelva entered the world of Italian organic farming in 1980 in southern Tuscany, in Albinia – Orbetello (GR), a place that is still the heart of all its activities today. Today, on over 600 hectares of agricultural land and in compliance with all European Union regulations on organic farming, it grows vegetables, fruit, cereals and grapes for wine production. It also produces its own animal feed, from which it also obtains the fertiliser that nourishes the soil, thus creating a closed-cycle agricultural system.

Caseificio Maremma:
Located in the centre of the Tuscan coast, in Follonica, the company established its headquarters in the mid-1960s and since then has focused its dairy production on typical cheeses from the Maremma area that are renowned throughout the world. The factory, located in the industrial area of Follonica, covers an area of approximately 4,000 square metres, which houses the production facilities and the preparation of the finished product before sale. Particular attention is paid to the maturing phase, which has made it necessary to create a suitable environment away from the production site, specifically in Castel del Piano, on Mount Amiata, where the cheese matures naturally in the mountains at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level, creating the perfect balance of flavours typical of these cheeses.
