The cream is obtained by processing our lard with black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) harvested along the hills from San Miniato to Volterra in the heart of Tuscany. When tasting it, you will be amazed to discover a pleasant perception of absolutely excellent flavour. Upon olfactory analysis, one immediately perceives the delicate flavour of the black summer truffle and fully memorises its aroma.
Ingredients:
Italian pork lard, natural sea salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, mixture of spices and herbs, black truffle 0.5% (tuber aestivum vitt), aroma. ALLERGENS. The product does not contain allergens, additives, preservatives, colourings, gluten, lactose, ionising agents and nanomaterials. GMOs and PESTICIDES. The product does not contain genetically modified organisms. It does not contain and has not been obtained by the use of chemicals.

Il Quercetano
The farm Il Quercetano was founded in 2020 with the idea of safeguarding the olive biodiversity of the production area and with the aim of producing a superior quality extra virgin olive oil rich in flavors and fragrances. The company’s logic is based on the recovery of the Quercetano olive groves, which are now abandoned, restoring value to the landscape. Their oil is produced in the hinterland of Versilia, an ancient landscape protected by the Apuan Alps and caressed by the tramontana wind and sea breezes. The Olivo Quercetano cultivar is a strong and vigorous native variety.
