Pasta Morelli

Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860 has been making pasta in Tuscany for five generations, to this day carrying on the pasta factory are Dino and his three children Lucia, Antonio and Marco.
Using artisanal techniques, both classic and very special dry pastas with unique taste and characteristics are produced.
During the processing of some of their products, they insert the famous wheat germ into the pasta, in fact during cooking the pasta releases an intense wheat scent.
Pasta Morelli’s mission is to bring to the tables niche products that follow tradition, but with an eye toward the future.
