The Rocca di Frassinello wine is perfect with first courses, red meats, and aged cheeses.
A blend of Sangiovese (60%), Merlot (20%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), typical of the terroir it represent, la Maremma Toscana.
The winery Rocca di Frassinello, is located in the high Maremma, near Gavorrano, and was designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano. The project is super ambitious and sees the collaboration of two world-famous wineries in this project: Castellare di Castellina and Lafite, the famous French chateau. The Maremma, in addition to being excellent for the local and Tuscan Sangiovese, is suitable for international vines such as Merlot and Cabernet.
