The Slitti Chocolate & Cafè Pastry was founded in 1969 as a coffee roasting company, distinguishing itself in its territory for the quality of its product. In 1989, with the entry into the company of his sons Andrea and Daniele, the production is expanded, including the processing of cocoa. The passion, skill, and continuous research lead to creating innovative and unique products that distinguish us in the world of chocolate. Andrea Slitti is today one of the most important artisan chocolatiers in the world. His adventure with cocoa was born from the experience in the family roasting company and it was coffee, his only master, that brought him closer to the world of chocolate and gave him the experience to create balanced, round and aromatic blends. Expert lover of cocoa, he relies on his palate to make his recipes, always prepared with great care, without omitting any detail. Thanks to his skill and artistic vein, he has won the most prestigious international chocolate competitions to date, forming an enviable list of gold medals.

Shipping & Delivery

After the order we prepare it in 24-48 hours and shipping within Europe usually takes 3 to 5 days if all products are available.

If a product is listed in the cart as “Available on backorder” the timing increases by 48h because we have to receive it from the manufacturer itself.

Our priority is to pack and ship the products as safely as possible. Wine and oil bottles are shipped with special cardboard protections, there will be no breakages.

All cold cuts and cheeses are vacuum sealed. In summer we also use dry ice and coolers to keep products fresh and their quality intact.

Coating: bitter cocoa powder 22/24%. Does not contain soy lecithin. Gluten free. May contain traces of milk.

CUCCHIAINI LATTENERO VANIGLIA: High Cocoa Milk Chocolate with Vanilla Berries: Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, vanilla extract (cocoa min. 45%). Coating: low-fat cocoa powder 10/12%. Does not contain soy lecithin. May contain traces of nuts.
