First Goat , Tasting notes:
This pecorino has an ivory-white paste and a mild and delicate flavour. Maturation lasts about 7 months, the cheese is submerged in hay so that the aroma penetrates deep into the paste giving it a unique taste.
First Goat :
*Pasteurised goat’s milk, rennet, salt, milk enzymes. NON EDIBLE. Store in a cool, dry place
