A blend of Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) of Val di Cornia where international grape varieties have their highest expression. The result is a full-bodied but elegant wine, complex for its tertiary aromas that derive from the characteristics of the soil rich in clay and minerals. The producer, Terradonnà is located in Suvereto, in the Val di Cornia, a perfect area for wine production. A perfect area for wine production thanks to a soil particularly rich in minerals and a microclimate that, thanks to the recirculation of air from the sea (just a few kilometers away), maintains a mild climate all year round. The philosophy of the company stems from respect for the environment and the rhythms of nature. Firm in their desire to maintain the traditional cellar with cement tanks and wooden presses, they do not renounce innovation in winemaking techniques and research into methods of working to improve the life of the plants.
