Antica Macelleria Falorni produces high-quality Cured meats and cold cuts, handing down from father to son (for 9 generations) the secrets of ancient recipes and the artisan knowledge of processing, respecting traditional recipes and knowledge. The aim is to practise organic farming, creating a microcosm that is sustainable both ecologically and economically and socially. From the very beginning, in fact, local and ancient varieties are cultivated, excluding the use of fertilisers, chemical and synthetic pesticides, toscanello bean and zolfino bean, and cereals such as Verna, Gentil Rosso, Frassineto and Cappelli durum wheat, are naturally adapted to the local soil and climate, Furthermore, it allows the farm to adopt a three-year rotation system and prevent over-exploitation of the land, thus ensuring respect for the balance of the land

Vallepiccola
The Vallepiccola winery was established on the beautiful hills of Castelnuovo Berardenga, where its 107 hectares of vineyards yield no less than 6 different varieties of Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay grapes. The variety of grape varieties combined with a love for the environment give life to a true paradise of biodiversity preserved through sustainable agricultural practices. In the heart of the winery, the art of winemaking comes to life. This 6,000 square metre space is divided into three levels, two of which are underground, where all stages of wine production take place, and an outdoor floor dedicated to hospitality. The wines created in this cellar guarantee unique sensations thanks to the company's commitment to enhancing the territory, which then spills over into the flavours and aromas of the grapes.

Biologica Rustici
The Rustici farm was established in the late 1950s from the 10 hectares of grandfather Giuseppe’s farm located in the Maremma region of Grosseto. At the end of the 1970s, the first selected Friesian dairy mares were introduced, from the best Italian breeding farms, which have always been cared for using innovative breeding techniques that respect the animals’ wellbeing and diet, thus beginning the production of alimentary milk. In 1996, the farm began the direct sale of beef. In the early 2000s, Giuseppe and Andrea took over the business from their father, adding a further 32 hectares of land. From this date, the company embarked on a path of organic farming, taking advantage of BIOAGRICERT certification. At the same time, the vineyard and olive grove are planted, followed by the transformation of milk into dairy products.

Pietranova
PietraNova is located in Tuscany in the Bolgheri D.O.C. area, one of the most prestigious territories for the important production of wines of the highest quality, recognised by Italian and foreign consumers. The territory is sheltered from winter winds by a chain of hills that runs parallel to the coast, while in summer, it is swept by refreshing winds that are generated to the west, from the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Today, it is proven that it is precisely this proximity to the sea that favours the production of great wines, in Bolgheri as in Bordeaux, a city with which Bolgheri is twinned precisely because of these marvellous characteristics that they share
Bolgheri DOC Casa al Piano Pietranova:
There are no passages in wood, so vinification and ageing take place only in steel. The result is an intense, compact ruby red wine with fresh, ethereal aromas and notes of small red fruits, violets and roses. On tasting, the wine is fresh and appealing, ready and easy to drink. The taste-olfactory balance is excellent and the finely mineral finish is pleasant.
