Chianti Classico DOCG Forcole Tenuta degli Dei

Tasting Notes:

This wine embodies all the flavours and traditions of Chianti Classico, it has a ruby red colour and a fresh and elegant aroma, the taste is decisive with a good concentration of tannins

Vinification:

 Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration in stainless steel truncated conical tanks with fullers and thermal control for at least three weeks. Malolactic fermentation in barriques.

Tenuta Degli Dei

The Tenuta Degli Dei, located in the Chianti region, is now one of the most important realities of Tuscan viticulture. The Cavalli family, owners of the estate since the 1970s, dedicates to it care and attention that, together with the splendid territory, allow it to be a true pillar of Tuscan pride.  The nature of the land means that the breeding of trotting horses finds here the ideal context for the harmonious growth of the foals, but not only that, in fact, vineyards are also planted here, in the Conca d'Oro valley, an area with a high wine vocation thanks to its excellent sun exposure and soil composition. The farm represents what has always driven the Tuscan family to dedicate themselves to the land, wine and horses, universal symbols of typical Tuscan character.
