Fermentation and maceration with the skins for more than 20 days in cement vats with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation and maturation of the wine in barriques for 18 months, ageing for 6 months in bottles.

Foramacchie, produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, expresses the noble and generous character of S nobile. Ruby red with purple reflections, it has the charm of Tuscany, a land of character, fresh and pleasantly spicy with hints of red fruit that give this wine a seductive drinkability. It pairs well with first courses, aged cheeses and grilled meat. Serve at 16-18°C.

Winemaker Gabriele Mazzeschi has eight hectares of vineyards cultivated with Sangiovese, Syrah, Trebbiano and Malvasia, with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo. In addition to producing excellent wines, Gabriele Mazzeschi's Le Capanne winery also grows around 6000 olive trees. The conditions are optimal, gravelly soil in the Tuscan hills at an altitude of 350-450 metres above sea level. The 6000 olive trees, of the classic Tuscan cultivars Frantoio Moraiolo and Leccino, are terraced on the gravelly soil at an altitude of 350-450 metres above sea level
