“Labor Omnia Vincit”, as never before, this motto reconfirms its validity in the tenacity and the attachment of the Mantellassi Farm, in Magliano in Toscana. Mantellassi have always been winemakers, in 1960 began the planting of the first four hectares of vineyards in Banditaccia, up to the current one hundred. These extend on some of the many hills of the Fattoria, in terrains of tufaceous-calcareous nature with an ampelographic base consisting mainly of the Sangiovese grape, then of the Alicante, Cabernet Sauvignon, Morellino, Merlot, Canaiolo Nero, Black Malvasia, Ciliegiolo, Vermentino Bianco vines. , White Sauvignon. Matured in cement tanks, the masses are assembled before bottling followed by three months of refinement in the bottle. I Fabbri are located in the Chianti Classico, the heart of Tuscany wine With its 700 meters of altitude, Lamole is considered the roof of the Chianti Classico. Nine hectares of vineyards, set in a magnificent hilly environment and surrounded by wooded areas, here the vineyards are rooted on centenary terraces with a natural amphitheater, facing south, south-west. The territory of Casole, Greve in Chianti, is a determined sunny valley that is characterized by an altimetric difference that oscillates between 450 and 650 meters above sea level. The strong temperature variations, the wind exposure and the soil composition give to the Fabbri’s wines and in particular to its Sangiovese unique and recognizable organoleptic characteristics. The I Fabbri’s is to preserve natural resources and enhance the peculiarities of the territory. The company is organic, with certification. Intense ruby red colour, on the nose aromas of myrtle and eucalyptus emerge together with blueberry and blackcurrant berries, dark chocolate and a hint of leather and spices. In the mouth it is warm and soft, with good structure, velvety tannins and a long finish.
A blend of Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) of Val di Cornia where international grape varieties have their highest expression. The result is a full-bodied but elegant wine, complex for its tertiary aromas that derive from the characteristics of the soil rich in clay and minerals.

An impenetrable ruby-red mantle, the elegant and powerful bouquet highlights blackberry and cassis against a background of humus and fern; it then hints at balsamic resins, coffee and cinnamon. It has a remarkable structure with dense tannins. The alcoholic component is properly integrated in the progression thanks to the contribution of a generous sapidity. The finish is persistent and elegant.
Okenio is the commander of the Terradonnà winery, the highest expression of the territory of Suvereto and the Val di Cornia in a pure cabernet sauvignon (100%). They have been producing this wine since 2002 and it has made them known in the world of enology. The high quality obtained with great tenacity and every year is the greatest challenge. Produced with manual selection of the best grapes in the vineyard, slow maceration in vitrified cement vats for 24 days, malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques where it remains for 14 months. Wine of a brilliant ruby colour, rich bouquet on the nose of ripe black cherry, undergrowth, plums and blackberry jam. Chianti Classico Gran Selezione La Sala is a wine that is perfect in combination with red game meat. 100% Sangiovese selected and harvested by hand from a single vineyard of 1.5 hectares. Vinification begins with the use of indigenous yeasts for fermentation, which lasts about two weeks. Maceration for three weeks at controlled temperatures not exceeding 25°C. After that a long aging of 36 months in a single 38hl un-toasted French oak barrel. Bottle aging Minimum 6 months.

Chianti Classico DOCG La Sala, Tasting notes:
Intense ruby red with violet hues. The nose is surprising for its intensity, with a bouquet of ripe red berries, violets and elderberries. In the mouth it is enveloping and fresh, harmoniously bringing back to the palate all those typical Sangiovese scents appreciated on the nose. Intense and easy to drink at the same time. The finish is soft and pleasant thanks to mature and delicate tannins, without any sharpness.
Chianti Classico DOCG La Sala:
Chianti Classico La Sala had a strong base of Sangiovese (95%) and a small note of merlot (5%) Destemming and soft crushing. Short maceration, maximum one week, in steel tanks at controlled temperatures not exceeding 25°C. Refinement in the cellar takes place over 15 months, dividing the mass: 50 % in 38 Hl French oak casks, 50 % in small temperature-controlled steel tanks. Finally, it rests in the bottle for at least 6 months

Campo all'Albero IGT La Sala, Tasting notes:
A wine of an intense ruby colour, almost garnet, the nose presents itself with fine notes of ripe, almost cooked fruit, such as plums, sour cherries, blueberries and blackberries. Intense bouquet of spices, black pepper, incense, leather and nutmeg that envelop the palate thanks to a mature, soft and full-bodied tannin.
An important wine, 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon with international roots but a chianti soul. Vinification takes place after hand picking by sub-zones of the vineyard. Maceration for at least three weeks at a controlled temperature below 30°C Maturation in the cellar for 24 months in fine-grained, low-toasted French barriques of first and second passage, followed by 12 months in the bottle.

Monteverro, Tasting notes:
Deep dark ink with touches of red velvet on the rim. On the nose is complex with notes fruits like blackcurrant, red cherry and blueberries with touches of black pepper, cedar that evolves on black olive and underbrush. On the palate has a Balance entrance with a silky mouthfeel lifted by a great acidity lingering on dark fruit like cassis evolving on a dense structure with chocolate, tobacco box and black cherry.
Monteverro’s flagship. A true Premier Grand Cru of Maremma, made from the classic Bordeaux grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot and yet with the unmistakable character of the Tuscan coast. The grapes are exclusively from prime locations on Monteverro slopes which flow gently to the sea, the wine is aged for about 24 months in barriques from the best coopers and then for two years in the bottle.

Renzo Marinai's estate is named after the nearby ancient church of San Martino. Renzo Marinai himself took over the estate in 1996 and, with the support of oenologist Giovanni Cappelli, completely reorganised its operations, converting it into an entirely organic farm. The estate covers about 33 hectares; just over eight are planted with vines. The terrain is undulating, rising and falling between 350 and 500 metres above sea level. The soil is marly, perfect for Sangiovese, allowing good drainage and the development of deep roots.

San Polo is situated on the south-eastern slope of Montalcino hill, at an altitude of 450 metres, the 22 hectares of the estate, 16 of which are planted with Sangiovese, are characterized by a dry, breezy microclimate, with wide diurnal and seasonal temperature swings. In the cellar, an admirable example of bio-architecture, designed to minimize energy consumption and environmental impact, the grapes are processed with artisan care to enhance the finesse of the Sangiovese aromas. The essence of San Polo, in fact, is to take the wines back to the vineyard that generated them, so as to express the concept of terroir to the full. Man’s intervention is nothing more than bringing the wine closer to nature, adopting a viticulture that respects the soil, the microclimate and the biodiversity of the place, so that the biological cycle of the vineyard and the pedoclimatic context are in perfect harmony.
Rosso di Montalcino DOC San Polo, Tasting notes:
Composite ruby red colour, clear and bright. On the nose it has a scent of fresh berries and light marasca cherries together with hints of blackberry and black cherries followed by a pleasant hint of vanilla. hints of blackberry and black cherries followed by a pleasant hint of vanilla. Good intensity and fragrance. The palate is warm, soft, medium structured and with balanced tannins.

Intense and lively ruby. Enveloping and alive on the nose, slightly balsamic, with notes of vanilla, cassis, tobacco, mint and black cherry. Taste composed and taut, dense tannins very well integrated. Final of excellent length.

That of Poggio Nibbiale is a special story, which begins far away, in Germany... The Buchheim family had always dreamed of having a vineyard in Tuscany. Their wish came true when the Poggio Nibbiale winery was founded in 1998. Their dream of cultivating wine in the beautiful scenery of southern Tuscany became reality. The vineyards of Poggio Nibbiale are located in the hills of Maremma between Scansano and Magliano, 300 metres above the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a magnificent view of Giglio Island, Elba, Montecristo and the Monte Argentario peninsula.

The grapes for this unique wine, made from 100% Sangiovese, are exclusively grown on a special hill slope on Poggio Nibbiale. They are handpicked and post-selected prior to vinification. Tommaso Poggio Nibbiale is perfect to match Matured cheese and Red meats. With this wine, Poggio Nibbiale intends to develop the full potential of the indigenous Sangiovese grapes. Consequently, the pure terroir of Poggio Nibbiale – characterized by the close Tyrrhenian sea – emerges most prominently within the Tommaso. The wine ages for 24 months in oak wood barrels of the first and second passage. With barren elegance, balanced acidity, and soft tannins it presents the character and uniqueness of this classic Italian grape variety.
Ornello DOC Rocca di Frassinello , Tasting notes:
The nose has balsamic and roasted coffee notes. In the mouth, notes of underbrush and a very soft and velvety tannin.
Created as a tribute to the 'Butteri' that remains the symbol of the Maremma land, strong and elegant at the same time. Ornello (from the name of the wood), is the long pointed stick with which the cattle still move. It is characterised by a substantial percentage of Syrah grapes that make it very full and rich while maintaining the elegance and freshness typical of Rocca di Frassinello wines.

The project is super ambitious and sees the collaboration of two world-famous wineries in this project: Castellare di Castellina and Lafite, the famous French chateau. The Maremma, in addition to being excellent for the local and Tuscan Sangiovese, is suitable for international vines such as Merlot and Cabernet.

Fruity and with a nice spiciness. In the mouth the taste is deep, but lively and well balanced. Long and intense finish.
The Rocca di Frassinello wine is perfect with first courses, red meats, and aged cheeses. It has an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections. A wine that manages to combine strength, intensity and elegance, with soft tannins that make it round in the mouth. On the nose it is fruity and with a nice spiciness. In the mouth, the taste is deep, but lively and with good balance.
