MaremmAmaro Nannoni Grappe Tasting Notes:
In this bitter, the greener, basamic and fresh tones of juniper, liquorice and mint are alternated with the citrus tones of cinchona and bitter orange, skilfully balanced, followed by the warmer tones of myrtle, blackthorn and Maremma berries.Olfactory examination: Ethereal and highly complex, reminiscent of rhubarb and fig jam, candied fruit. On closer listening it leaves room for delicate notes of wild flowers and citrus fruits
Gustative examination: elegant and well balanced, pleasantly bitter, long persistence.
MaremmAmaro
Homemade bitters followed step by step in production by the best experts in Tuscany
Alcohol content: 35%.
Nannoni Grappe
When the Nannoni Grappe distillery was founded, the culture of distillation did not exist in Tuscany, the 'marc' was mostly thrown away and the grappa produced in the region was destined for wholesale sale to northern Italy. Thanks to the work of Priscilla Occhipinti, the only woman master distiller in the world, Nannoni Grappe has established itself over the years as the best producer of distilled spirits in the world, in fact, Nannoni Grappe has won numerous awards, 144 gold medals in 9 years, we can say that it is the most awarded producer.
Rosato Rocca di Frassinello , Tasting notes:
fruity notes of peach and pomegranate. The sip is of soft savoury elegance with a light spiciness and a fresh almond finish.
The winery Rocca di Frassinello, is located in the high Maremma, near Gavorrano, and was designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano. The project is super ambitious and sees the collaboration of two world-famous wineries in this project: Castellare di Castellina and Lafite, the famous French chateau. The Maremma, in addition to being excellent for the local and Tuscan Sangiovese, is suitable for international vines such as Merlot and Cabernet.
Rosato Rocca di Frassinello
A wine with a soft peach petal pink colour due to the brief contact of the must flower with the skins. In the glass it expresses great freshness and sapidity, characteristics reminiscent of the Provençal style of the best French rosés.

Quadalti Farm
Headquarters and transport: Loc. Arcille n.38A int. 1/2/3 Campagnatico (GR)
Caseificio Quadalti
The Quadalti farm was founded in 1929 in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma and is family-run. The company has developed over the years with the purchase of plots of land, cultivating around 200 hectares to date. Crops are based on the cultivation of cereals, fodder and pastureland to feed the sheep. Today, the farm raises a total of 2000 free-stall Sardinian dairy sheep. The sheep are fed an accurate and balanced diet using their own fodder and cereals, thus guaranteeing the production of high quality milk. In 2000, the farm evolved with the addition of a dairy, transforming milk into dairy products and various types of cheeses made from Maremma sheep.

3 File Bolgheri Rosato DOC Pietranova, Tasting Notes:
This wine has a soft pink colour and a fresh, captivating taste. The nose is a complex blend of red fruits, violets and roses.
Pietranova
PietraNova is located in Tuscany in the Bolgheri D.O.C. area, one of the most prestigious territories for the important production of wines of the highest quality, recognised by Italian and foreign consumers. The territory is sheltered from winter winds by a chain of hills that runs parallel to the coast, while in summer, it is swept by refreshing winds that are generated to the west, from the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Today, it is proven that it is precisely this proximity to the sea that favours the production of great wines, in Bolgheri as in Bordeaux, a city with which Bolgheri is twinned precisely because of these marvellous characteristics that they share
Vinification:
bunch selection and manual harvesting. Destemming and brief maceration of the skins with the must. Soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature

Here, traditional recipes with the original flavour of the ancient Elban tradition are prepared and preserved, faithfully following the methods, customs and recipes of seafaring custom. One of the values that the Conserveria Tonnina boasts is the quality of the fish products, all caught in the sea adjacent to Elba and in Italy. The products are diverse and undergo specific processing, the most commonly used fish being tuna, anchovies, skipjack and mackerel. The products are rich in omega 3 and protein, and the processing and preservation contribute to maintaining the flavour without altering it.
