Maremma Vegetaleは2014年に設立され、私たちの地域の味と食文化を再発見したいという思いと、そのすべての製品は可能な限り短いサプライチェーンの成果であるべきだという強い信念から生まれました。原材料はほぼすべて自社で栽培したものを使用し、加工と保管はできるだけ短時間で、つまり収穫から8 hours以内に行うべきだと考えています。
