ruby red colour; intense and delicate aromas ranging from red fruit to delicate vanilla sensations, the tannin is soft and lively. A harmonious wine with a good structure.

Intense ruby red colour, nose with aromas of ripe fruit, tobacco and final refreshing notes of basil. Ageing in wood guarantees the integration of the lively tannins of the Cabernet with the elegance and softness of the Merlot.

The ageing of Cupinero involves the use of partly new and partly used French oak barriques for about 1 year. In addition to the ageing process in wood, the wine matures for a few months in the bottle before release.
