The Pianporcino Farm is in fact the only farm with breeding, processing and direct sales of the famous and unique “Pecorino di Pienza”. More than thirty different types of cheeses of the highest quality are produced, the result of special seasoning such as hay, walnut leaves, in the pit, and others, without forgetting the great classics such as semi-seasoned red skin.
