BIXI Terradonnà, Tasting notes:
It presents itself with a splendid purple colour, the typical aromas of the Maremma vines accompany the first taste, on the palate the wine presents itself with a fruity flavour of blackberry and blueberry, followed by floral notes and concluding with a spicy yet delicate black pepper flavour
BIXBI
The wine created from Syrah and Sangiovese grapes expresses itself as a fresh, young product, which strikes a perfect balance between a spicy scent and a delicate, elegant taste.a special feature of this wine is the temperature at which it can be enjoyed, in fact at 13/14° it expresses itself best, this makes it particularly pleasant as an aperitif or in combination with fish soups
Terradonnà
Terradonnà is located in Suvereto, in the Val di Cornia, a perfect area for wine production. A perfect area for wine production thanks to a soil particularly rich in minerals and a microclimate that, thanks to the recirculation of air from the sea (just a few kilometers away), maintains a mild climate all year round. The philosophy of the company stems from respect for the environment and the rhythms of nature. Firm in their desire to maintain the traditional cellar with cement tanks and wooden presses, they do not renounce innovation in winemaking techniques and research into methods of working to improve the life of the plants. Tradition and innovation coexist in Terradonnà.
