Vernaccia di San Gimignano
White wine from San gimignano, the Vernaccia grape is the most important DOCG of a Tuscan white wine.
A great white wine, from a single vineyard where the characteristics of the local grape par excellence, Vernaccia, emerge clearly and distinctly. Although pleasant when young, it often surprises for its ability to age, evolving notes, both olfactory and tasting, complex and mineral. It is not by chance that it is one of the very few white wines produced also in the reserved type. This Vernaccia di San Gimignano wine enhances many gastronomic combinations. Find its natural place in the Mediterranean cuisine in which extra virgin olive oil dominates. Excellent with pasta dishes with white sauces, rice salads, and pasta salads. Surprising is with the ribollita and all its variants that are found in Tuscany. Extraordinary with fish dishes prepared in any way: baked, fried, grilled or baked, as well as raw fish. Magnificent with various fries and eggs. Amazing with white meat prepared with sauces, and without. Excellent with vegetables of all seasons, and their preparations. Exquisite with fresh and medium-aged cheeses, which enhances the flavor.

Garfagnana Master Butcher: Antica Norcineria
The producer, Antica Norcineria, master butchers for four generations. Their story began in the post-war period on the slopes of the Apuan Alps, in the Serchio Valley where the large chestnut forests and terraces sown with spelt bear witness to an ancient rural tradition that is still preserved today. In the beginning, the production and marketing of typical products such as lard, sausage and soppressata was a source of pride for the Antica Norcineria, which became a reference brand for all the genuine products of the Media Valle, Garfagnana and surrounding areas. Today, thanks to them, the peasant memory handed down by their ancestors is handed down and the culture of eating healthy and well is spread. In working the raw materials, L’Antica Norcineria respects the ancient tradition using the processing methods of the past. In fact, all-natural products are used in the preparation of cold cuts.

Fratelli Lunardi
Fratelli Lunardi has been creating masterpieces of taste by hand since 1966. The touch is artisanal. Their biscuits are inspired by one of the oldest preparations of Tuscan cuisine: cantucci. For years they have been enjoying themselves and experimenting in their workshop in Quarrata, in the province of Pistoia. There are now five flavors, made up of imagination and years of experience. Each one has a main ingredient as a protagonist, for a balanced recipe full of flavour, where every bite manages to encompass all the facets of taste that only a naturally processed ingredient can tell.

Apricot Jam Bio Frateria San Benedetto
Sweet, juice and 100% BIO
Frateria San Benedetto
The Frateria San benedetto stands in the Sienese countryside linking Montepulciano to Chianciano Terme; it has ancient origins, it was used by the Romans as a ‘rest-home’ during long journeys. Today it has been completely restructured and has undergone innovations that have ensured a good development of the farm itself; in addition to having its own agriturismo, the farm is mainly involved in the organic cultivation of fruit trees, in particular the local wild plum, known as ‘la Coscia Di Monaca’ throughout Tuscany and beyond. Their fruit is also used to make traditional jams without the addition of sugar or additives, guaranteeing a healthy and tasty product to take straight to your table.Unlike the consortium, the certaldo onion has very ancient origins, it was in fact already mentioned by Boccaccio in the famous Decameron for its taste and extraordinary characteristics.
The producers’ consortium acts as guarantor and guardian for the preservation and continuation of this excellence, also acting as custodian of the onion seeds (in the two varieties Vernina and Statina) and are also registered with the region as such.

Mulino Val D'Orcia
Mulino Val d'Orcia was born about 30 years ago from an intuitive idea of Luchino, who decided to buy the mill and a small kneading machine. Their success stems from the fact that before being pasta makers, they were farmers. Mulino Val d'Orcia produces high quality organic pasta in the municipality of Pienza, in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO world heritage site for the beauty of its landscape and the balance between nature and human activities.
Cacio di Afrodite Caseificio Il Fiorino, Tasting notes:
This is a classic long-ripening pecorino, it has a medium intense flavour with hints of dried fruit and milk
Caseificio Il Fiorino
The Caseificio Fiorino dairy is located in a place of extraordinary charm and historical value, the medieval village of Roccalbegna on the slopes of Mount Amiata. The milk used to produce our cheeses comes exclusively from selected local farms in the neighboring municipalities: Roccalbegna, Saturnia, Semproniano, Scansano, Arcidosso, Cinigiano, Campagnatico, and Grosseto. After internal analysis, a selection is made based on the characteristics of the milk and the type of cheese to be made. The aim is to achieve the highest quality regardless of yield. Each processing step is carried out by hand by experienced cheesemakers. In fact, their Pecorino Toscano cheeses are awarded every year in the most important global competitions.
Cacio di Afrodite:
Its palmares already include two stars at the Great Taste Awards 2021, a Bronze Medal at the International Cheese and Dairy Awards 2021, and two medals, one Gold and one Bronze, at the World Cheese Awards 2021 in Oviedo.
The year 2022 confirmed this excellent pecorino with a Silver Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2022, in Newport, and a Bronze Medal at the International Cheese and Dairy Awards, in the UK. A major award was also won at the Great Taste 2022, UK, the international championship that encompasses all Food and Beverage, receiving the 2-star award

Orange Marmalades with Peels Chiaverini
Harvested by hand , choosing only the highest quality orange to obtain an excellent finished product
Chiaverini
In 1928, the young Chiaverini brothers decided to open a small company for the production of jams and preserves, just outside the walls of Florence.
After a few years, the Chiaverini brothers' jams were not only in demand in grocery shops: 5 kg jars were introduced to meet the demands of pastry shops as well. Success increased production; the large pots created to cook fruit and sugar soon gave way to kettles designed by the founders themselves, in order to double production.
Attention to market trends and orientations then led Fratelli Chiaverini to start producing jams and marmalades with organically grown fruit.
