MaremmAmaro Nannoni Grappe Tasting Notes:
In this bitter, the greener, basamic and fresh tones of juniper, liquorice and mint are alternated with the citrus tones of cinchona and bitter orange, skilfully balanced, followed by the warmer tones of myrtle, blackthorn and Maremma berries.Olfactory examination: Ethereal and highly complex, reminiscent of rhubarb and fig jam, candied fruit. On closer listening it leaves room for delicate notes of wild flowers and citrus fruits
Gustative examination: elegant and well balanced, pleasantly bitter, long persistence.

Nannoni Grappe
When the Nannoni Grappe distillery was founded, the culture of distillation did not exist in Tuscany, the 'marc' was mostly thrown away and the grappa produced in the region was destined for wholesale sale to northern Italy. Thanks to the work of Priscilla Occhipinti, the only woman master distiller in the world, Nannoni Grappe has established itself over the years as the best producer of distilled spirits in the world, in fact, Nannoni Grappe has won numerous awards, 144 gold medals in 9 years, we can say that it is the most awarded producer.
Rosato Rocca di Frassinello , Tasting notes:
fruity notes of peach and pomegranate. The sip is of soft savoury elegance with a light spiciness and a fresh almond finish.
The winery Rocca di Frassinello, is located in the high Maremma, near Gavorrano, and was designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano. The project is super ambitious and sees the collaboration of two world-famous wineries in this project: Castellare di Castellina and Lafite, the famous French chateau. The Maremma, in addition to being excellent for the local and Tuscan Sangiovese, is suitable for international vines such as Merlot and Cabernet.
Rosato Rocca di Frassinello
A wine with a soft peach petal pink colour due to the brief contact of the must flower with the skins. In the glass it expresses great freshness and sapidity, characteristics reminiscent of the Provençal style of the best French rosés.

Col Di Bacche
the Maremma wine cellar is simple, functional and modern. In the Col di Bacche winery’s cellar, they store the Maremma wines they produce, using stainless steel containers for fermentation and storage and French and Tuscan oak barrels for the ageing of the most prestigious wines. The Azienda Agricola Col di Bacche has always been listed in the most important wine guides, such as Slow Wine and Gambero Rosso, where they have consistently received satisfactory award.
Rosso di Montalcino Talenti , Tasting notes:
Intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Intense fresh fruity aroma, with characteristic notes of cherry, plum and black cherry. The taste is soft and mineral, with a good structure and well-balanced tannins.
Rosso di Montalcino Talenti
Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes from various estate vineyards on the south-east/south-west (220-400 m a.s.l.). side of the commune of Montalcino, with altitudes ranging from 250 to 400 metres above sea level. The soils are south-east facing with a franc-sandy texture with the presence of limestone slabs and abundant skeleton. Matured for several months in French and Slavonian oak, followed by bottle ageing
alcohol content: 14,5%
Talenti
Pierluigi Talenti decided to move from the mountains of Romagna to the gentle, sunny Montalcino hills. After a few years, he decided to buy the farm and all its land that had so fascinated him and made him fall in love. Over the years Pierluigi has dedicated himself to clonal research of Sangiovese on the land, bringing his wines to the highest levels of quality. Today Riccardo Talenti, respecting tradition, continues the research and continues the work with the same passion and stubbornness as his grandfather. The wines mature well over two years in precious Allier and Slavonian wood. They are then left to refine in the bottle for the time necessary to enhance the aromas and character that make them unique and unrepeatable. Harvesting is done by hand using small containers to preserve their integrity, then only the best grapes and bunches are selected to get the best from each harvest.
Cupinero IGT Toscana Rosso Col Di Bacche , Tasting notes:
Intense ruby red colour, nose with aromas of ripe fruit, tobacco and final refreshing notes of basil. Ageing in wood guarantees the integration of the lively tannins of the Cabernet with the elegance and softness of the Merlot.
Cupinero IGT Toscana Rosso Col di Bacche
The ageing of Cupinero involves the use of partly new and partly used French oak barriques for about 1 year. In addition to the ageing process in wood, the wine matures for a few months in the bottle before release.
alcohol content: 14,5%

Morellino di Scansano Fattoria le Pupille Tasting Notes:
Bright ruby red. The nose alternates between cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, blood orange and violet against a background of sweet spices. The taste is enveloping, soft, with relaxed tannins, accompanied by excellent freshness. The finish is of good persistence on fruity hints.
Morellino di Scansano Fattoria le Pupille
Morellino di Scansano is the wine that best represents, also in quantitative terms, the production of Fattoria Le Pupille. Since 1985, it has always accompanied the company as a full and constant expression of the territory.
alcohol content: 14%
Fattoria Le Pupille
The Le Pupille farm is located in Istia d’Ombrone, a small village on the outskirts of Grosseto;
in 1985 Elisabetta Geppetti, at that time a young girl of 20, took the reins of the winery; thanks to her, in 1982 the winery’s first ‘official’ label came out, a Morellino Riserva vintage 1978. In 1987 it was the turn of Saffredi, the wine that made the excellence of Maremma known far beyond its borders, soon becoming a true jewel of Italian oenology.
Even today, the company is still expanding, continuing the pursuit of quality in Maremma.
Morellino di Scansano Riserva Fattoria le Pupille Tasting Notes:
Deep, bright ruby red. Olfactory impact of blackberry and blueberry jam, blackcurrant and mint; opens on scents of Mediterranean scrub, blood orange, tobacco and black pepper. The entrance in the mouth is fresh and tasty; it shows a dynamic structure, imbued with a beautiful freshness in which the fine tannic texture provides an excellent basis for evolving at length in the bottle. Very persistent on citrus notes.
The Riserva represents the roots of Fattoria Le Pupille. Originally called 'Rosso di Pereta', it is the first wine produced by the estate, which then became Morellino di Scansano when the appellation was created in 1978.
