The Silvano Mori artisan salami factory, located in Torniella, an ancient medieval village in the hills of the upper Tuscan Maremma, was founded in 1880 following an ancient tradition handed down from generation to generation.

The company specialises in the processing of pork and wild boar meat, following the typical production techniques of Tuscan pork butchery, basing its principles on the selection of top-quality meats.
