Pale gold color. The nose is lively with an explosion of white flesh peach, pear, lemon shortbread and mountain herbs with a finish of cedar and acacia honey. On the palate, however, it attacks fresh and exuberant on crisp notes of mango, grapefruit and plum finish.
A wine with a sublime ability to reflect the sunlight of the Maremma. Fresh and crisp notes intersect in a pure light of honey, lemon shortbread, perfect blonde grapes, mountain scents.” Despite the small production (about 5000 bottles per year), Monteverro considers its chardonnay as one of the most important wines of the winery

Monteverro
The Monteverro estate is located at the foot of the medieval village of Capalbio, in the southernmost part of Tuscany, the Maremma. A genuine passion for wine dictates that no compromises are made in the manual processing and selection of grapes during the harvest, to finally bring each grape variety, each terroir and each vintage to its maximum expression, with precision and by adopting innovative winemaking techniques.

Poetry, warmth and scents of our mountain, a reminder of when the grandparents, around the fire, gratified themselves with something special aged cereal brandy, it involves the smell with hints of yeast, honey vanilla, carob and still chestnut and candied citrus. It brings back the scents of the farmyard during the wheat harvest.

When the Nannoni Grappe distillery was founded, the culture of distillation did not exist in Tuscany, the 'marc' was mostly thrown away and the grappa produced in the region was destined for wholesale sale to northern Italy. Thanks to the work of Priscilla Occhipinti, the only woman master distiller in the world, Nannoni Grappe has established itself over the years as the best producer of distilled spirits in the world, in fact, Nannoni Grappe has won numerous awards, 144 gold medals in 9 years, we can say that it is the most awarded producer.

Aleatico passito from Capraia Island. The La Piana farm, recovering old abandoned land on the island, produces only 1500 bottles of this wine a year. A 100% Aleatico Passito, grown in the middle of the sea, on an unspoiled island where the gentle Mediterranean winds blow.
La Piana
The organic farm La Piana Capraia is located on the island of Capraia, within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. The area to which it belongs, called “Il Piano S. Stefano”, is a magical and uncontaminated place where aromas, sounds, colors, and traditions blend with ancient tastes and knowledge, in which time seems to have stopped. The landscape, guarded by the agricultural presence, is designed by the discontinuity of vine rows in the Mediterranean scrub, terracing, dry stone walls, ancient cisterns, and by native ornamental species such as oleander, rosemary, ancient rose;
Grappa Di Brunello Riserva 5 Anni Nannoni Grappe Tasting Notes:
Elegant and refined, it combines notes of black cherry with hints of candied cedar, oak and vanilla.
On the palate it is warm, balanced, persuasive. Very persistent with hints of tobacco, cinnamon and honey in the aftertaste.
Grappa Di Brunello Riserva 5 Anni
A medium-toasted French oak barrique was chosen for the 5-year ageing of this precious spirit.
This choice was dictated by the need to enhance the intensely fruity notes present in the young distillate.
Alcohol content 42%.

PietraNova is located in Tuscany in the Bolgheri D.O.C. area, one of the most prestigious territories for the important production of wines of the highest quality, recognised by Italian and foreign consumers. The territory is sheltered from winter winds by a chain of hills that runs parallel to the coast, while in summer, it is swept by refreshing winds that are generated to the west, from the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Today, it is proven that it is precisely this proximity to the sea that favours the production of great wines, in Bolgheri as in Bordeaux, a city with which Bolgheri is twinned precisely because of these marvellous characteristics that they share

The freshly harvested grapes are vinified starting with a short maceration on the skins to give the characteristic rosé colour and extract the maximum of the delicate aromatic part. All this takes place in small steel tanks adequately equipped to control the temperature during the entire process right up to bottling.

The Guicciardini Strozzi family boasts over a thousand years of history. Wine producers since time immemorial (since 994), have several estates scattered throughout Tuscany with deep roots in the territory and prominent personalities among their ancestors. Castello di Monsanto
There are two places at Castello di Monsanto that capture every visitor for the charm and the magic that is perceived: the Poggio’s hill and the historic cellar. Being able to transmit at least a tenth of the emotions you experience visiting the Monsanto winery is very difficult. The aromas, the echoes, the silences, the layers of noble molds make it a unique place that deserves at least one visit. The company has its origin from here. So from a climb on the Poggio and from a descent into the cellar, the idea of making a Cru in Chianti Classico was born for the first time. It was 1962 when the first 6,000 bottles of the Chianti Classico Riserva Il Poggio were produced. Of the 72 hectares planted with vineyards, between 260 and 310 meters s.l.m., 56 ha are in Sangiovese, the vine in which the company has deeply believed from the beginning. The Sangiovese clones present in the vineyards come from a mass selection of vines found in the vineyard Il Poggio, “the mother” of all the vineyards of Monsanto. In a small percentage are then present the two historical vines of the Chianti Classico vine: Canaiolo and Colorino.
