A unique thousand-flower variety, in fact this honey is produced 'uniquely' along the marine coastline of the Migliarino 'San Rossore' Natural Park. Another special feature of this honey is the importance of the Helichrysum flower, which is not normally recognised as a nectariferous species. From it, in fact, the bees of the Littoral are able to collect the microscopic drops of essential oils that give the honey its unmistakable aroma.

Given its particularity, we recommend using this honey raw, as it is excellent with both fresh and mature cheeses.
Sapori Mediterranei:
The company is located within the San Rossore Estate and its activity consists mainly in the production of organic honey. In fact, since its establishment, an organic line of management has been chosen, which implies a more careful evaluation of the company’s choices in relation to the care of the breeding and is currently certified by the Consorzio Controllo Prodotti Biologici (CCPB). The company’s main product is the famous ‘beach honey’, the unique product of apiaries located within the park, in the coastal area, which is particularly characteristic and identifiable with the territory described above.

This wine has an intense, dark and dense ruby red colour. The nose offers fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries and sour cherries together with fragrant hints of cloves and vanilla. Its bouquet is complemented by light notes of tobacco. The palate is rich and captivating: velvety tannins support a long, lingering finish defined by hints of bitter chocolate and mint.
Vie Cave Fattoria Aldobrandesca, Vinification:
The freshly harvested grapes were brought to the cellar, destemmed, gently pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks. The first stage was pre-fermentation cold maceration performed by lowering the temperature to 5-10 °C (41-50 °F) for 3 to 4 days in order to extract aromatic compounds and anthocyanins from the skins. The must temperature was then gradually increased to allow alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 30 °C (86 °F). The maceration techniques were carried out gently for the controlled extraction of soft tannins over a period of about one week. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels to complete malolactic fermentation and begin ageing for approximately 10 months. Vie Cave 2021 was bottle-aged for a further period before being released for sale.

Baggiolo produces juices, compotes and fruit-based sauces at an altitude of 1400 metres. Living above 1000m altitude means a change of perspective. Respect for nature, passion for the land, the quest for a healthy life and natural food are feelings that are stronger, more tenacious in the mountains. In Abetone, the woods and snow-capped peaks tell of great ski champions, but in the high-altitude heaths, the undisputed protagonist of the stories is the wild bilberry, which has always been harvested here in large quantities. Thus began the story of Baggiolo, at 1400 metres above sea level, with Leandro and Marilena who, in the 1980s, opened a small workshop to process the fruits of the undergrowth. Production of the first jams and juices began, following recipes handed down from generation to generation. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand and vinified separately. Fermentation takes place without the addition of yeast and lasts, including maceration, between 25 and 30 days. The wines mature for 12 months partly in barriques and partly in steel. Subsequently blended and bottled, the wine is aged for a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.

Since 1893 in Strada in Chianti, from father to son, the Fabbri family has been making pasta in the same way, without any changes, in the same square in the center of the village. The history of Il Ghiacciale:
The Il Ghiacciale farm is located on the slopes of Mount Amiata, on the hills of the high Tuscan Maremma where its Cinta Senese pigs grow according to ancient and natural rhythms. With more than 35 hectares of oak and pastures, their pigs grow for at least three years free to graze acorns, berries and tubers according to an ancient tradition that goes perfectly with the precepts of organic and ethical treatment of animals, in order to offer a meat with an unique flavor that is transformed by skilled hands that follow ancient peasant recipes without the aid of dyes or preservatives.

That of Poggio Nibbiale is a special story, which begins far away, in Germany... The Buchheim family had always dreamed of having a vineyard in Tuscany. Their wish came true when the Poggio Nibbiale winery was founded in 1998. Their dream of cultivating wine in the beautiful scenery of southern Tuscany became reality. The vineyards of Poggio Nibbiale are located in the hills of Maremma between Scansano and Magliano, 300 metres above the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a magnificent view of Giglio Island, Elba, Montecristo and the Monte Argentario peninsula.
Vermentino Poggio Nibbiale, Vinification:
Selective harvesting by hand, destemming, pressing with a pneumatic press and subsequent fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After a period of bâtonnage, this wine matures in stainless steel tanks until bottling. In the case of the Vermentino grape variety, decantation and in particular the natural activity of the grape's own enzymes are of great importance. The grape variety is very demanding.

The name GR1 5652 is linked to the number plate of the Pasqualino tractor, which belonged to our great-grandfather and which we still use to work in the vineyard.

IL PINGRO is a young business run by Chiara and Margherita: two cousins determined to breathe new life into the old family vineyards. Only 1 km from the sea, in the province of Grosseto, our vines grow on sandy and mineral soils, shaken by the gusts of the Mistral: that is why our wine tastes of the sea. Produced by four hands along the coast of the Tuscan Maremma, GR1 5652 is made from native Ansonica and Procanico grapes. The end result reflects us and our land. Our philosophy is based on healthy and respectful agriculture: every step of the process is done by hand. What we offer is a simple wine, but made with care. Inspired by the taste of the farmer's wine. IL PINGRO comes from 'il Pingrosso', the name of the place where we are located. In the middle of the field is a large maritime pine tree that our great-grandfather planted to find some shade on hot summer days. This pine tree, which grew solitary, became a 'big pine tree' in width, hence the name Pingrosso. Shortened to Pingro, for simplicity's sake. Today that pine has become our symbol, impossible not to notice.
