It has a good structure and an excellent persistence. The nose has a scent of white flowers, with citrus fruit notes which give the wine a good crispness.

A wine with a soft peach petal pink colour due to the brief contact of the must flower with the skins. In the glass it expresses great freshness and sapidity, characteristics reminiscent of the Provençal style of the best French rosés.

Ornello DOC Rocca di Frassinello , Tasting notes:
The nose has balsamic and roasted coffee notes. In the mouth, notes of underbrush and a very soft and velvety tannin.
Created as a tribute to the 'Butteri' that remains the symbol of the Maremma land, strong and elegant at the same time. Ornello (from the name of the wood), is the long pointed stick with which the cattle still move. It is characterised by a substantial percentage of Syrah grapes that make it very full and rich while maintaining the elegance and freshness typical of Rocca di Frassinello wines.

A wine that manages to combine strength, intensity and elegance, with soft tannins that make it round in the mouth. On the nose it is fruity and with a nice spiciness. In the mouth, the taste is deep, but lively and with good balance.
