The Slitti Chocolate & Cafè Pastry was founded in 1969 as a coffee roasting company, distinguishing itself in its territory for the quality of its product. Andrea Slitti is today one of the most important artisan chocolatiers in the world. His adventure with cocoa was born from the experience in the family roasting company and it was coffee, his only master, that brought him closer to the world of chocolate and gave him the experience to create balanced, round and aromatic blends. Expert lover of cocoa, he relies on his palate to make his recipes, always prepared with great care, without omitting any detail. Thanks to his skill and artistic vein, he has won the most prestigious international chocolate competitions to date, forming an enviable list of gold medals.
