Sbriciolona Renieri informations complémentaires :La Sbriciolona est la charcuterie la plus caractéristique de la Toscane. Elle est obtenue en hachant finement des morceaux de choix de viande de Cinta Senese et en ajoutant des graines de fenouil sauvage au mélange.
Sa consistance est très molle et la tranche a tendance à « s'émietter ». Son arôme et son goût sont incomparables. Exempte de tout allergène, elle est embossée dans un boyau naturel.

Richer in oleic acid, lard from 'Cinta Senese DOP' has a very soft consistency and is very pleasant to the palate.
It is kept under salt in steel basins for more than 6 months with the addition of garlic, pepper and herbs.
