Podere Montale, was founded in July 2014 but found its true beginning with the first harvest of the 2015 vintage. The story is all to be written. The will and the road taken in these years is to create a well-integrated reality on a territorial and social level, which can be a flagship for the entire community and for the name of Montecucco. The marl soil on which the company stands is very suitable for wine production, being located in a place that enjoys the constant ventilation of the sea and the protection of Monte Amiata.

That of Poggio Nibbiale is a special story, which begins far away, in Germany... The Buchheim family had always dreamed of having a vineyard in Tuscany. Their wish came true when the Poggio Nibbiale winery was founded in 1998. Their dream of cultivating wine in the beautiful scenery of southern Tuscany became reality. The vineyards of Poggio Nibbiale are located in the hills of Maremma between Scansano and Magliano, 300 metres above the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a magnificent view of Giglio Island, Elba, Montecristo and the Monte Argentario peninsula.

Morellino Di Scansano DOCG Riserva Le Sentinelle is Fattoria Mantellassi's top production of Morellino di Scansano DOC. It takes its name from the 2.5-hectare hillside vineyard where the grapes are grown. This wine is made from Morellino grapes-a native clone of Sangiovese that gave its name to the DOC appellation.

“Labor Omnia Vincit”, as never before, this motto reconfirms its validity in the tenacity and the attachment of the Mantellassi Farm, in Magliano in Toscana. Mantellassi have always been winemakers, in 1960 began the planting of the first four hectares of vineyards in Banditaccia, up to the current one hundred. These extend on some of the many hills of the Fattoria, in terrains of tufaceous-calcareous nature with an ampelographic base consisting mainly of the Sangiovese grape, then of the Alicante, Cabernet Sauvignon, Morellino, Merlot, Canaiolo Nero, Black Malvasia, Ciliegiolo, Vermentino Bianco vines. , White Sauvignon. The Mantellassi Farm has contributed significantly to the establishment of the Morellino di Scansano Denomination of Controlled Origin in 1978 and is considered one of the most prestigious manufacturing companies.
Ornello DOC Rocca di Frassinello , Tasting notes:
The nose has balsamic and roasted coffee notes. In the mouth, notes of underbrush and a very soft and velvety tannin.
Created as a tribute to the 'Butteri' that remains the symbol of the Maremma land, strong and elegant at the same time. Ornello (from the name of the wood), is the long pointed stick with which the cattle still move. It is characterised by a substantial percentage of Syrah grapes that make it very full and rich while maintaining the elegance and freshness typical of Rocca di Frassinello wines.

Rocca di Frassinello
The winery Rocca di Frassinello, is located in the high Maremma, near Gavorrano, and was designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano. The project is super ambitious and sees the collaboration of two world-famous wineries in this project: Castellare di Castellina and Lafite, the famous French chateau. The Maremma, in addition to being excellent for the local and Tuscan Sangiovese, is suitable for international vines such as Merlot and Cabernet.
C'era e Non C'era Val Del Melo, Tasting notes:
A wine with a rich and harmonious bouquet, it presents fruity notes of red berries enveloped by hints of tobacco and chocolate, the taste is fine with a soft and long lasting finish
The grapes are destemmed and left almost entirely intact. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 27 degrees and maceration lasts about 25/30 days, followed by melolactic fermentation. Ageing takes place in 10hl French oak barrels for approximately 12 months, after which the wine is blended and bottled.
Val Del Melo
The Val Del Melo winery is located near the town of Castiglione della Pescaia, its proximity to the sea combined with its location at the bottom of the valley means that Pian di Rocca is characterised by a particularly temperate microclimate, 2-3 degrees higher than the local average. It is no coincidence that for years the area was the production site for the first fruits and vegetables of the Maremma. Since 2019, the company has been using certified organic farming, which guarantees genuine products of excellent quality

The Cacciagrande winery is located among the wild, evocative Mediterranean scrub hills between the village of Tirli and the Etruscan site of Vetulonia, just 10 km from the town of Castiglione della Pescaia. From the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, this winery produces various types of wine of excellent quality. Their love, dedication and attention to detail ensure that their splendid wines are recognised for their quality.
Castiglione DOC Maremma Toscana Cacciagrande, Vinification:
fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature for 30 days, malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in 300lt Tonneaux of French Allier oak, medium to long maturation, medium toasting, for 12/14 months. Bottle ageing lasts from 4 to 6 months
Vedetta DOC Cantina La Cura, Tasting notes:
Intense ruby red. Combined perfumes of wild berries and spices notes. Full-bodied and lively taste, well structured, dense and deep tannins. Long and pleasant ending. Elegant and harmonious.
“Vedetta” is a special selection of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is produced only in the best vintages (and just 1000 bottles) and is packaged to be comfortably handled by visually impaired people. The thick bottle protects from impact and keeps the wine’s qualities better, while the label, written in Braille print, includes a “Qr-code” that provides audio information regarding the wine and the winery.
Cantina La Cura
The Cantina La Cura, owned by Enrico Corsi, is a young and dynamic production company consisting of fifteen hectares of vineyards in the heart of the denomination Maremma Toscana Doc and Monteregio di Massa Marittima, located in the high Maremma Toscana on the Tyrrhenian coast. The main varieties hosted are Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Aleatico for a total annual production of 30 thousand bottles. The company favors an ecological approach to the processing of soil and vines, coordinated by the University of Pisa, which is also its main technical partner. The first bottles of wine date back to 1999.

Moris Farm
Two hundred years ago, the Moris family reached the Tuscan Maremma, a place of wonder and wine: the dream came true! A sincere love for a virgin land. A love made of a great passion for wine, which in these fields finds its best environment. Generation after generation, the Moris family focused on wine and its production. The altitude varies from 80 to 100 m above sea level and the vineyard is on the southwest side.
Monteverro, Tasting notes:
Deep dark ink with touches of red velvet on the rim. On the nose is complex with notes fruits like blackcurrant, red cherry and blueberries with touches of black pepper, cedar that evolves on black olive and underbrush. On the palate has a Balance entrance with a silky mouthfeel lifted by a great acidity lingering on dark fruit like cassis evolving on a dense structure with chocolate, tobacco box and black cherry.
Monteverro’s flagship. A true Premier Grand Cru of Maremma, made from the classic Bordeaux grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot and yet with the unmistakable character of the Tuscan coast. The grapes are exclusively from prime locations on Monteverro slopes which flow gently to the sea, the wine is aged for about 24 months in barriques from the best coopers and then for two years in the bottle.

A genuine passion for wine dictates that no compromises are made in the manual processing and selection of grapes during the harvest, to finally bring each grape variety, each terroir and each vintage to its maximum expression, with precision and by adopting innovative winemaking techniques.
