In Valdichiana, the tradition of Aglione has continued for centuries, reaching the present day and remaining present in traditional cuisine in many recipes.
Since Etruscan times, this particular species of garlic has marked the culinary tradition of inland Tuscany.
Remaining in the hearts of traditional families in Valdichiana and Val D'Orcia, it has managed to survive to the present day. How to use it
