The producer, Antica Norcineria, master butchers for four generations. Their story began in the post-war period on the slopes of the Apuan Alps, in the Serchio Valley where the large chestnut forests and terraces sown with spelt bear witness to an ancient rural tradition that is still preserved today. In the beginning, the production and marketing of typical products such as lard, sausage and soppressata was a source of pride for the Antica Norcineria, which became a reference brand for all the genuine products of the Media Valle, Garfagnana and surrounding areas. Today, thanks to them, the peasant memory handed down by their ancestors is handed down and the culture of eating healthy and well is spread. Intense and deep ruby red colour. It has a broad and fascinating nose. Varietal notes dominate, with ripe red fruit and jams, all accompanied by the spicy scent of wood, which remains in the background. The olfactory-gustatory link is perfect. In the mouth it is ethereal, long and mineral, the tannins are well made, dense and elegant. A deeper analysis reveals a medium alcohol content and excellent levels of acidity and extractive substances. A wine that stands out above all for its elegance and refinement.
Cantine Dei
Cantine Dei is known as one of the best wine producers of Montepulciano. Every year their wines are awarded and recognized by critics as excellent.
At the Dei estate, arts merges with wine. Their cellar is the perfect example of how architecture and winemaking are working together for a stunning result.
Their wine are all based on the local Sangiovese production and their Nobile wine are among the best of the region.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Madonna della Querce Cantine Dei is the best Cantine Dei Wine. Caterina Dei, the owner, considers this wine to be the jewel in the crown of the entire production, which is why he has decided to dedicate it to his father Glauco: at the bottom of the label, we read “to my father”, a fitting tribute to the figure who was the reference point for the growth of the company. In 2015 the vineyard from which the grapes come from reached maturity and consequently today all the requirements are in place to obtain a great wine with long aging potential.

Fattoria Lischeto
The Lischeto farm, just a few kilometres from volterra, was created by drawing on the experience and traditional knowledge of the family, in a unique landscape and cultural context in Tuscany, a few kilometres from Volterra, one of the best known destinations for the beauty of its historic centre and surrounding hills and increasingly for being the home of the famous Pecorino delle balze volterrane DOP. At the Lischeto farm they adopt the complete organic processing cycle: sowing and harvesting of fodder, selected breeding, which together with the climate, the land and the artisanal production process, make their cheeses unique.

The conserveria tonnina takes its name from a specific processing of a part of the tuna fish typical of the island of Elba. The shop is located near the historic cove in Portoferraio, in front of the fishermen’s boats. Here, traditional recipes with the original flavour of the ancient Elban tradition are prepared and preserved, faithfully following the methods, customs and recipes of seafaring custom. One of the values that the Conserveria Tonnina boasts is the quality of the fish products, all caught in the sea adjacent to Elba and in Italy. The products are diverse and undergo specific processing, the most commonly used fish being tuna, anchovies, skipjack and mackerel. The products are rich in omega 3 and protein, and the processing and preservation contribute to maintaining the flavour without altering it.

Il Quercetano
The farm Il Quercetano was founded in 2020 with the idea of safeguarding the olive biodiversity of the production area and with the aim of producing a superior quality extra virgin olive oil rich in flavors and fragrances. The company’s logic is based on the recovery of the Quercetano olive groves, which are now abandoned, restoring value to the landscape. Their oil is produced in the hinterland of Versilia, an ancient landscape protected by the Apuan Alps and caressed by the tramontana wind and sea breezes. The Olivo Quercetano cultivar is a strong and vigorous native variety.

Pasticceria Bonci
In 1953 Giuseppe and Gino, sons of the soil, decided to become 'shop boys' and opened the first nucleus of the Bonci confectionery company, first a bakery, then a pastry shop, which in almost seventy years has carried forward confectionery traditions and production innovation. Remaining faithful to the confectionery tradition, today the company has developed new products and new techniques, also dedicating itself to chocolate, collaborating with master Michele Mezzasoma.
