The history of Greve in Chianti:
Since 1806. Their history as butchers and master butchers goes back over two centuries. It all began in the heart of Chianti Classico, in Greve in Chianti, where the company still resides. Antica Macelleria Falorni produces high-quality Cured meats and cold cuts, handing down from father to son (for 9 generations) the secrets of ancient recipes and the artisan knowledge of processing, respecting traditional recipes and knowledge. High quality is a daily commitment for Macelleria Falorni, a responsibility towards its history. For this reason, they produce, every day, simply delicious cold cuts. Long and slow-maturing processes allow their cured meats to mature naturally, without the aid of techniques and enzymes that accelerate their transformation.

Garfagnana Master Butcher: Antica Norcineria
The producer, Antica Norcineria, master butchers for four generations. Their story began in the post-war period on the slopes of the Apuan Alps, in the Serchio Valley where the large chestnut forests and terraces sown with spelt bear witness to an ancient rural tradition that is still preserved today. In the beginning, the production and marketing of typical products such as lard, sausage and soppressata was a source of pride for the Antica Norcineria, which became a reference brand for all the genuine products of the Media Valle, Garfagnana and surrounding areas. Today, thanks to them, the peasant memory handed down by their ancestors is handed down and the culture of eating healthy and well is spread. In working the raw materials, L’Antica Norcineria respects the ancient tradition using the processing methods of the past. In fact, all-natural products are used in the preparation of cold cuts.

Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Madonna della Querce Cantine Dei, Tasting notes:
Intense and deep ruby red colour. It has a broad and fascinating nose. Varietal notes dominate, with ripe red fruit and jams, all accompanied by the spicy scent of wood, which remains in the background. The olfactory-gustatory link is perfect. In the mouth it is ethereal, long and mineral, the tannins are well made, dense and elegant. A deeper analysis reveals a medium alcohol content and excellent levels of acidity and extractive substances. A wine that stands out above all for its elegance and refinement.

Il Quercetano
The farm Il Quercetano was founded in 2020 with the idea of safeguarding the olive biodiversity of the production area and with the aim of producing a superior quality extra virgin olive oil rich in flavors and fragrances. The company’s logic is based on the recovery of the Quercetano olive groves, which are now abandoned, restoring value to the landscape. Their oil is produced in the hinterland of Versilia, an ancient landscape protected by the Apuan Alps and caressed by the tramontana wind and sea breezes. The Olivo Quercetano cultivar is a strong and vigorous native variety.

Chardonnay Monteverro IGT, Tasting notes:
Pale gold color. The nose is lively with an explosion of white flesh peach, pear, lemon shortbread and mountain herbs with a finish of cedar and acacia honey. On the palate, however, it attacks fresh and exuberant on crisp notes of mango, grapefruit and plum finish.
