Clean olive scent, with herbaceous notes of artichoke, ripe fruit and a slight hint of tomato. Fresh and clean, it opens with a slight sweetish sensation followed by a pleasant bitter and spicy charge of medium intensity, rich persistence of vegetal notes dominated by the herbaceous sensation of artichoke. Serving suggestions raw on soups, vegetables, legumes, meat, bruschetta, pinzimonio, salads, medium-flavoured fish.

The production of Frantoio Franci extra virgin olive oil began almost 70 years ago on the hill of Montenero d’Orcia in Tuscany, on the slopes of Mount Amiata.
