Guido Favilla
The Guido Favilla farm is one of the few producers of the famous Lucca red bean, a slow food presidium. It was founded in 1997 with respect for nature and the environment, but since 2006 it has undertaken a real search for ancient flavors and healthy foods, starting the conversion process that has certified the company as organic. The project launched proposes respect for natural cycles and the environment, in order to offer the results of this constant and passionate research, carried out by those who carry out, partly for work, partly for passion, a humble activity such as farming and its fruits.
