Pecorino Moretto , Tasting notes:
Pecorino made with only fresh sheep’s milk, the flavour is sweet and there are hints of cooked butter, the colour of the rind is dark and due to the maturing on wooden boards the pecorino paste is crumbly, creating real flakes when cut.

INGREDIENTS: *Pasteurised sheep’s milk, rennet, salt, milk enzymes. NON-EDIBLE RIND. Store in a cool, dry place.
