The nose opens with caresses of strawberry, raspberry, and currant that dance together with scents of sweet spices like cinnamon. The palate is pleasant and fresh, supported by good acidity. Ready to drink, it has a light and soft tannic structure accompanied by generous retro-olfactory notes typical of Sangiovese.

The Rosso di Montepulciano Avignonesi is a typical example of the Sangiovese of Montepulciano, perfect to pair game first courses. The Netflix of red wines, which surprises you and makes you want more for its great drinkability.

The producer, Avignonesi extend in the Montepulciano and Cortona areas (in the Val di Chiana in the province of Arezzo) ensuring a diversified spectrum of soils that allows the production of a Vino Nobile di Montepulciano that authentically expresses the complexity of the terroir, while the Val di Chiana is suitable for the cultivation of other grape varieties such as Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
