Lunica Mugello is a cooperative that has created a direct and unique supply chain with local Mugello producers to select the best fruit and vegetables. The products of the hard work of small artisans are carefully selected and processed to create healthy, good, fragrant, pulpy, and intensely colored products.
We carefully select seasonal fruit and vegetables without any added preservatives.
Lunica Mugello is famous for three product lines:
– The Nectars, of fresh local and seasonal fruit.
– The Flours, Mugello has always been, historically, the granary of Florence. only the best varieties of wheat are selected.
– The organic preserves that exalt the Tuscan tomato, devoid of acidity and very sweet.

Wheat flour type 1Lunica Mugello:
Flour type 1 di Grano Tenero is an artisan flour obtained from a slow milling of the best wheat. It is a semi-integral flour that retains more fibre and bran than type 0 and 00 flour. Type 1 flour has a delicate flavour and is highly digestible, and is suitable for the preparation of pizza, fresh pasta, bread, biscuits, and cakes of all kinds.
