Winemaker Gabriele Mazzeschi has eight hectares of vineyards cultivated with Sangiovese, Syrah, Trebbiano and Malvasia, with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo. In addition to producing excellent wines, Gabriele Mazzeschi's Le Capanne winery also grows around 6000 olive trees. The conditions are optimal, gravelly soil in the Tuscan hills at an altitude of 350-450 metres above sea level. The farm " Le fontacce" was born in 2008, on a farm existing since the beginning of 1800, is certified organic on all its products. Le Fontacce is a producer of the famous Fagiolo Zolfino Slow Food which is so called for its pale yellow color like sulfur, has a round shape and its pasta is creamy and exceptionally tasty. Traditionally it is sown on the hundredth day of the year, also called by farmers “day of the hundred”. It is very connected to climatic conditions and often produces a very small harvest, so much that its cultivation was almost abandoned, in preference to beans having a more reliable yield.

Extra virgin olive oil produced in small quantities from hand-picked olives and cold pressed within a few hours. Extremely refined, it offers a silky texture, a nose

La Corneta:
Rooted in Tuscany, in the heart of the prestigious Chianti Colli Aretini terroir, La Corneta bears the mark of time and the seasons. The wines are produced from 8 hectares of organically cultivated vineyards, where historic grape varieties coexist with rarer ones: Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Incrocio Manzoni. This diversity, combined with living soils and controlled yields, provides health and expressive raw materials. Il Quercetano
The farm Il Quercetano was founded in 2020 with the idea of safeguarding the olive biodiversity of the production area and with the aim of producing a superior quality extra virgin olive oil rich in flavors and fragrances. The company’s logic is based on the recovery of the Quercetano olive groves, which are now abandoned, restoring value to the landscape. Their oil is produced in the hinterland of Versilia, an ancient landscape protected by the Apuan Alps and caressed by the tramontana wind and sea breezes. The Olivo Quercetano cultivar is a strong and vigorous native variety.
