Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG Campocorto
The grapes are destemmed and fermented all together. Fermentation of the must takes place in cement vats for 2-3 weeks. The must is then transferred to steel vats to complete malolactic fermentation. After a couple of months, when the must has been clarified and decanted, half is transferred to steel vats, while the other half matures for 12 months in second-passage oak barrels.
Campocorto
Campocorto is a small family-run farm, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region and has a production of around 2500 bottles per year. The small production together with the passion for the land allow the family to take care of the land, taking care of everything down to the smallest detail with love. Castello di Monsanto
There are two places at Castello di Monsanto that capture every visitor for the charm and the magic that is perceived: the Poggio’s hill and the historic cellar. Being able to transmit at least a tenth of the emotions you experience visiting the Monsanto winery is very difficult. The aromas, the echoes, the silences, the layers of noble molds make it a unique place that deserves at least one visit. The company has its origin from here. So from a climb on the Poggio and from a descent into the cellar, the idea of making a Cru in Chianti Classico was born for the first time. It was 1962 when the first 6,000 bottles of the Chianti Classico Riserva Il Poggio were produced. Of the 72 hectares planted with vineyards, between 260 and 310 meters s.l.m., 56 ha are in Sangiovese, the vine in which the company has deeply believed from the beginning. The Sangiovese clones present in the vineyards come from a mass selection of vines found in the vineyard Il Poggio, “the mother” of all the vineyards of Monsanto. In a small percentage are then present the two historical vines of the Chianti Classico vine: Canaiolo and Colorino.

Campo all'Albero IGT La Sala:
An important wine, 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon with international roots but a chianti soul. Vinification takes place after hand picking by sub-zones of the vineyard. Maceration for at least three weeks at a controlled temperature below 30°C Maturation in the cellar for 24 months in fine-grained, low-toasted French barriques of first and second passage, followed by 12 months in the bottle.

Intense ruby red with violet hues. The nose is surprising for its intensity, with a bouquet of ripe red berries, violets and elderberries. The finish is soft and pleasant thanks to mature and delicate tannins, without any sharpness.

Chianti Classico La Sala had a strong base of Sangiovese (95%) and a small note of merlot (5%) Destemming and soft crushing. Short maceration, maximum one week, in steel tanks at controlled temperatures not exceeding 25°C. Refinement in the cellar takes place over 15 months, dividing the mass: 50 % in 38 Hl French oak casks, 50 % in small temperature-controlled steel tanks. Finally, it rests in the bottle for at least 6 months

Chianti Classico Gran Selezione La Sala is a wine that is perfect in combination with red game meat. 100% Sangiovese selected and harvested by hand from a single vineyard of 1.5 hectares. Vinification begins with the use of indigenous yeasts for fermentation, which lasts about two weeks. Maceration for three weeks at controlled temperatures not exceeding 25°C. I Fabbri are located in the Chianti Classico, the heart of Tuscany wine With its 700 meters of altitude, Lamole is considered the roof of the Chianti Classico. Nine hectares of vineyards, set in a magnificent hilly environment and surrounded by wooded areas, here the vineyards are rooted on centenary terraces with a natural amphitheater, facing south, south-west. The territory of Casole, Greve in Chianti, is a determined sunny valley that is characterized by an altimetric difference that oscillates between 450 and 650 meters above sea level. The strong temperature variations, the wind exposure and the soil composition give to the Fabbri’s wines and in particular to its Sangiovese unique and recognizable organoleptic characteristics. The I Fabbri’s is to preserve natural resources and enhance the peculiarities of the territory. The company is organic, with certification. The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Castello di Monsanto 90% Sangiovese and 10% of Canaiolo & Colorino is the result of vinification in temperature-controlled truncated conical steel vats with a system of draining and pumping over for about 18/20 days. The wine is then refined partly in 38 HL oak casks and partly in second passage tonneaux for about 18 months. Finally, it rests in the bottle for about 6 months.

The history of Brancaia began in 1980 when the Widmer family, of Swiss origin, bought the Podere Brancaia in Castellina in Chianti as a summer residence in Tuscany. Bruno and Brigitte Widmer decided to produce only wines of the highest quality. What began as a hobby then, has grown steadily over the past 40 years to become one of the most important wineries in Tuscany. Brancaia loves and deeply respects the traditions of the past, but at the same time is not afraid to imagine new and modern approaches and organic viticulture has always been central for Brancaia.

Since its debut in 1988, IL BLU has been the result of a constant quest for absolute perfection. It is pressed from only the best grapes hand-selected from vineyards in the Chianti region.
The blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques (two-thirds new) and a further three months in concrete tanks, before at least another year of bottle ageing. With fine tannins and a soft, full finish, IL BLU is a full-bodied wine that impresses with its complexity and elegance.
Over the past 30 years, IL BLU has not only become a symbol of Brancaia, but has gained recognition all over the world. For many wine lovers it has long been considered a classic and is regularly praised by wine critics around the world.
