Sassotondo
The producer, Sassotondo, works with passion in the lands that unite Pitigliano and Sovana. A powerful and mysterious territory: the autochthonous vines and an environment which is in some ways extreme – with tuff rising everywhere – produce fine and elegant wines, naturally concentrated, sapid and spicy. Sassotondo’s wines endeavor to communicate the power and mistery of the land they come from: the local varieties of vines combined with an unique environment, with the tufo stone that appears everywhere, make wines that are fine and elegant, naturally concentrated, sapid and spicy.

Riso Maremma
Maremma rice is of the highest quality; a quality that is due not only to the naturally favourable climatic conditions of the Grosseto plain, but also to the fact that the land on which the rice itself grows has only recently been dedicated to this cultivation and is therefore not yet impoverished by the repeated monocultures seen in other parts of Italy.

Elegant and refined whiskey with a strong character. The specific notes of the category are clear: leather, roasted chestnuts, toasted malt. Slightly spicy, very persistent.
Whisky al Focarile
Poetry, warmth and scents of our mountain, a reminder of when the grandparents, around the fire, gratified themselves with something special aged cereal brandy, it involves the smell with hints of yeast, honey vanilla, carob and still chestnut and candied citrus. It brings back the scents of the farmyard during the wheat harvest.

Miele in Culla
Miele in Culla was born from a great intuition of Francesco, who realised that honey if stored inside a beeswax jar, rather than in the classic glass jar, preserves the aromas and flavours that would otherwise be lost if exposed to other materials. Honey in a Cradle is in fact a registered trademark, unique in the world, and with a patent protecting this exceptional idea. Tasting their honey will be a sensory journey you have never experienced before..

Renzo Marinai
Renzo Marinai's estate is named after the nearby ancient church of San Martino. Renzo Marinai himself took over the estate in 1996 and, with the support of oenologist Giovanni Cappelli, completely reorganised its operations, converting it into an entirely organic farm. The estate covers about 33 hectares; just over eight are planted with vines. The terrain is undulating, rising and falling between 350 and 500 metres above sea level. The soil is marly, perfect for Sangiovese, allowing good drainage and the development of deep roots.

Sergio Falaschi
Sergio Falaschi is a piece of history in the small village of San Miniato. Butchers since 1925, the Falaschi family contributed to the pork butchering tradition of Tuscany and are still today ambassadors and guardians of ancient Tuscan traditions. They are famous for processing games and producing excellent cured meats, including the Finocchiona IGP. Their pride and joy, however, is the Mallegato di Pisa, a product so exceptional and unique that it is among the region’s slow food presidia.

It has an intense ruby red colour. The nose makes us crisp, fresh fruit, enriched by mineral and spicy notes. The taste is medium-bodied with notes of red berry fruit. The tannins are elegant, silky, enveloping and very soft.
Poggio al Tesoro
For the Allegrini Bolgheri family, it could only be the realisation of a dream: to put down roots in a famous terroir from which great wines take shape and soul, capable of thrilling a cosmopolitan public. The exceptional quality of the terroir, combined with their experience, has made the promise of Poggio al Tesoro possible: to offer wines with a strong identity, capable of expressing complexity and power, elegance and depth.
Bolgheri Rosso DOC Il Seggio Poggio al Tesoro
Poggio al Tesoro's Bolgheri Rosso "Il Seggio'" is a red wine that gives freshness and taste-olfactory intensity right from the first sip. This Bordeaux-style blend with a modern, Mediterranean profile owes its name to the river Seggio, the largest watercourse in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci.
