Lupinaie’s vineyards are part of the DOCG Morellino di Scansano and the wines produced like the Vermentino are perfectly embody the peculiarities of the territory and of Sangiovese.

After harvesting, a low temperature pressing with an inert atmosphere takes place, the fermentation of the flower must go at a controlled temperature. The maturation takes place in steel tanks for less than three months.
