Ingredients: Beef tripe, vegetables in varying proportions (onion, celery, carrots), tomato concentrate 6%, extra virgin olive oil 5%, red wine, salt, spices. Beef tripe used: 55 g per 100 g of finished product. Contains sulphites. Nutritional values per 100 g of product: energy 136 kcal, fat 9.2 g of which saturated 2.0 g, carbohydrates 2.6 g of which sugars 2.6 g, protein 10.2 g, salt 1.31 g.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 0° and 4°C and consume within a few days.
