In 1996, the farm began the direct sale of beef. In the early 2000s, Giuseppe and Andrea took over the business from their father, adding a further 32 hectares of land. From this date, the company embarked on a path of organic farming, taking advantage of BIOAGRICERT certification. At the same time, the vineyard and olive grove are planted, followed by the transformation of milk into dairy products.

Cacione di Maremma Biologica Rustici
produced with whole cow's milk exclusively from organic farms. It is matured for 7 months and requires special care and attention from our staff, due to its size. It is a compact cheese, ideal as an accompaniment to chopping boards or for melting. It has a pleasantly tangy taste and is characterised by its softness: it is so creamy that it melts in the mouth!
