Day 1: Welcome to Florence & The Tuscan Countryside

Our journey begins in Florence. After meeting our local guide, we head into the hills to your private villa. Enjoy a welcome dinner featuring Bistecca alla Fiorentina paired with aged red wines under the stars.

Day 2: The Art of Chianti Classico

Explore the "Gallo Nero" region. We visit two boutique wineries where you’ll learn the secrets of soil and climate before enjoying a private lunch overlooking the vineyards.

Day 3: Hands-on Cooking & Pasta Secrets

Today, we roll up our sleeves. A local "Nonna" or professional chef will teach you the art of handmade pici and pappardelle. You’ll eat what you create, accompanied by local ragù saces and other products.

Day 4: Truffle Hunting & San Gimignano

Walk through the woods with a professional truffle hunter and his trained dogs to find the "Black diamond" of Tuscany. Followed by a visit to the medieval towers of San Gimignano for the world’s best gelato.

Day 5: Pienza & The World of Pecorino

Travel to the Val d’Orcia (a UNESCO site) to visit a dairy farm. Taste fresh, semi-aged, and stagionato Pecorino di Pienza, followed by a sunset walk in the most photographed landscape in Italy.

Day 6: Brunello di Montalcino Excellence

A day dedicated to one of the world’s most prestigious wines. We visit underground cellars in Montalcino and enjoy a farewell dinner with all our staff.

Day 7: Arrivederci!

After a final leisurely breakfast, we provide a private transfer back to Florence for your onward journey or flight home.

• Best Time to Visit: We usually organize in May-June for lush green landscapes or September-October for the wine harvest and truffles.

• Flights: Not included. We recommend flying into Florence (FLR) or Pisa (PSA). Alternatively, Rome (FCO) is only 1.5 hours away by high-speed train.
