Since his adolescence, Francesco Mancini has always been intrigued by the world of beer and so, after several years of experience, experimentation and travel in search of inspiration, together with his friend Carlo, Birrificio del Forte was founded on 25 August 2011. Today, it is one of the reference realities for the production of craft beers in Tuscany.

Francesco Mancini, sin dalla sua adolescenza, è sempre stato affascinato dal mondo della birra, così dopo diversi anni di esperienza, sperimentazione e viaggi in cerca di ispirazione, insieme al suo amico Carlo, il Birrificio del Forte è stato fondato il 25 agosto 2011, data di una delle realtà di riferimento riguardo alla produzione di birre artigianali in Toscana.

Birra artigianale ad alta fermentazione, non pastorizzata, fermentata in bottiglia. Forma sedimenti naturali. Conservare in posizione verticale in un luogo fresco e lontano dalla luce. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo, frumento, malto d'avena, spezie, luppolo, lievito.

Clear with golden hues, it has intense aromas of ripe fruit (peach, apricot, pear and pineapple) and a slight spicy tone given by the Belgian-style yeast. The taste, characterised by sweet notes, is accompanied by light hopping which contributes to its unexpected drinkability and smoothness. It is at its best with cured meats and mature cheeses, robust first courses, elaborate meat dishes and dry pastries.
