Harvested by hand in the Mediterranean forests, choosing only the highest quality blackberries to obtain an excellent finished product.

Olivodoro

The Olivodoro farm was established in 1972, in Suvereto. It selects and multiplies fruit and vegetable varieties suitable for artisanal processing and transformation into jams and marmalades, processing the freshly harvested fruit using vacuum technology, thus preserving the fruit and vegetables from oxidation and concentrating the fructose contained in the fruit itself, thus preserving the genuineness, integrity, flavour and unmistakable freshness of the fruit. Olivodoro products are therefore free of preservatives, pectin, gelatin and antioxidants.

Ingredients: strawberries, sugar, lemon juice. Fruit used: 160 g per 100 g of finished product. Total sugars: 50 g per 100 g of finished product. No preservatives, thickeners or colourings. Average nutritional values per 100 grams of product: energy value 919kj-216kcal, fat 0g, of which saturated fatty acids 0g, carbohydrates 53g, of which sugars 52g, protein 0g, fibre 1g, salt 0g.

Produced and packaged in our artisan workshop by the Olivodoro farm owned by Roberto Catania, located in Salita di Belvedere 93a, Suvereto (Livorno).
