Preparato da artigiani, seguendo meticolosamente le tradizioni. Il lungo processo di impastamento rende l'impasto morbido, poi viene inzuppato con un rum giamaicano di alta qualità e cotto in un barattolo di vetro utilizzando la tecnica del vuoto, che conferisce al baba una durata di conservazione di 6 mesi senza l'aggiunta di conservanti, anche senza refrigerazione.
