Von Hand in den Wäldern des Mittelmeerraums geerntet, wobei nur Brombeeren von höchster Qualität ausgewählt werden, um ein ausgezeichnetes Endprodukt zu erhalten.

Olivodoro

Der Betrieb Olivodoro wurde 1972 in Suvereto gegründet. Sie wählt und vermehrt Obst- und Gemüsesorten, die sich für die handwerkliche Verarbeitung und Umwandlung in Konfitüren und Marmeladen eignen, und verarbeitet die frisch geernteten Früchte mit Vakuumtechnologie, wodurch das Obst und Gemüse vor Oxidation geschützt und die in den Früchten enthaltene Fruktose konzentriert wird, sodass die Echtheit, Integrität, der Geschmack und die unverwechselbare Frische der Früchte erhalten bleiben. Die Produkte von Olivodoro sind daher frei von Konservierungsstoffen, Pektin, Gelatine und Antioxidantien.
