Podere Pereto:
The company was founded in 1991, in Serre di Rapolano, in the heart of Tuscany.
The aim is to practise organic farming, creating a microcosm that is sustainable both ecologically and economically and socially. From the very beginning, in fact, local and ancient varieties are cultivated, excluding the use of fertilisers, chemical and synthetic pesticides, toscanello bean and zolfino bean, and cereals such as Verna, Gentil Rosso, Frassineto and Cappelli durum wheat, are naturally adapted to the local soil and climate, Furthermore, it allows the farm to adopt a three-year rotation system and prevent over-exploitation of the land, thus ensuring respect for the balance of the land

Scovaventi
Podere Scovaventi was founded by Luca De Filippo and Carolina Rosi, who used to come here to retreat and regenerate in the breaks between theatre tours.
Having fallen in love with the countryside, expert gourmets, Carolina and Luca slowly began to restore the farmhouse, improve the soil and prepare preserves with the many products the garden offered them.
In 2015, they acquire olive groves in the vicinity of the company with other native varieties, thus taking production from family consumption to external distribution. In the same 2015, however, Luca passed away and Carolina decided to pursue this dream alone.
The company creates many varieties of products in its territory, pickles, jams, honeys and many others; the quality of these products comes from tradition and love for the land and its fruits.

Cristino Aleatico Passito IGT, Note di degustazione:
Aromi intensi di ciliegie acide, mirto, macchia e erbe aromatiche. Dolce, gustoso, profumato, retrogusto lungo.
Cristino Aleatico Passito IGT
Aleatico passito dall'Isola di Capraia. L'azienda La Piana, recuperando vecchie terre abbandonate sull'isola, produce solo 1500 bottiglie di questo vino all'anno. Un 100% Aleatico Passito, coltivato in mezzo al mare, su un'isola incontaminata dove soffiano i dolci venti mediterranei.
La Piana
L'azienda agricola biologica La Piana Capraia si trova sull'isola di Capraia, all'interno del Parco Nazionale dell'Arcipelago Toscano. L'area a cui appartiene, chiamata “Il Piano S. Stefano”, è un luogo magico e incontaminato dove aromi, suoni, colori e tradizioni si fondono con antichi sapori e conoscenze, in cui il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Il paesaggio, custodito dalla presenza agricola, è disegnato dalla discontinuità delle file di viti nella macchia mediterranea, dai terrazzamenti, dai muri a secco, dalle antiche cisterne e da specie ornamentali autoctone come il lauro, il rosmarino, la rosa antica;
Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC Castello di Monsanto, Tasting notes:
The wine is amber in color, with notes of dried fruit, melted butter, toasted almonds and candied fruit on the nose. The palate is sensual, elegant, balanced and robust, with a very persistent finish.
Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC
Castello di Monsanto's Vinsanto is produced according to the strictest tradition: that is, leaving the must for the caratelli exposed both in summer and winter to the weather of the vinsantaia. No technological support, just endless passion for a great Chianti tradition.
Castello di Monsanto
There are two places at Castello di Monsanto that capture every visitor for the charm and the magic that is perceived: the Poggio’s hill and the historic cellar. Being able to transmit at least a tenth of the emotions you experience visiting the Monsanto winery is very difficult. The aromas, the echoes, the silences, the layers of noble molds make it a unique place that deserves at least one visit. The company has its origin from here. So from a climb on the Poggio and from a descent into the cellar, the idea of making a Cru in Chianti Classico was born for the first time. It was 1962 when the first 6,000 bottles of the Chianti Classico Riserva Il Poggio were produced. Of the 72 hectares planted with vineyards, between 260 and 310 meters s.l.m., 56 ha are in Sangiovese, the vine in which the company has deeply believed from the beginning. The Sangiovese clones present in the vineyards come from a mass selection of vines found in the vineyard Il Poggio, “the mother” of all the vineyards of Monsanto. In a small percentage are then present the two historical vines of the Chianti Classico vine: Canaiolo and Colorino.
Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Madonna della Querce Cantine Dei, Tasting notes:
Intense and deep ruby red colour. It has a broad and fascinating nose. Varietal notes dominate, with ripe red fruit and jams, all accompanied by the spicy scent of wood, which remains in the background. The olfactory-gustatory link is perfect. In the mouth it is ethereal, long and mineral, the tannins are well made, dense and elegant. A deeper analysis reveals a medium alcohol content and excellent levels of acidity and extractive substances. A wine that stands out above all for its elegance and refinement.
Cantine Dei
Cantine Dei is known as one of the best wine producers of Montepulciano. Every year their wines are awarded and recognized by critics as excellent.
At the Dei estate, arts merges with wine. Their cellar is the perfect example of how architecture and winemaking are working together for a stunning result.
Their wine are all based on the local Sangiovese production and their Nobile wine are among the best of the region.
Nobile di Montepulciano
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Madonna della Querce Cantine Dei is the best Cantine Dei Wine. Caterina Dei, the owner, considers this wine to be the jewel in the crown of the entire production, which is why he has decided to dedicate it to his father Glauco: at the bottom of the label, we read “to my father”, a fitting tribute to the figure who was the reference point for the growth of the company. In 2015 the vineyard from which the grapes come from reached maturity and consequently today all the requirements are in place to obtain a great wine with long aging potential.
Vin santo di Montepulciano Cantine Dei, Tasting notes:
Golden yellow in colour with amber highlights, it has a wide range of aromas with hints of candied fruit, almond paste, acacia honey and apricot. In the mouth it is pleasantly sweet but balanced by an excellent freshness.

Simone Fabrizzi
The Fabrizzi Simone lab is located in the beautiful village of Pienza, in the heart of the Val d’Orcia. The company was born thanks to Fabrizzi Guerrino’s passion for truffle hunting who, since the 1960s, used to collect the precious tubers with his dog. As often happens, this passion was passed down to his son who, growing up, started hunting truffles with his father. The aim of the company is to make people enjoy truffles all year round, creating genuine and fantastic products.
