Smania Liquori
Smania Liquori is an all-Elba company, both in the location of the production department and in the choice of raw materials, and is the only company in the area to produce liqueurs. Intense and lively ruby. Enveloping and alive on the nose, slightly balsamic, with notes of vanilla, cassis, tobacco, mint and black cherry. Taste composed and taut, dense tannins very well integrated. Final of excellent length.
Poggio Nibbiale
That of Poggio Nibbiale is a special story, which begins far away, in Germany... The Buchheim family had always dreamed of having a vineyard in Tuscany. Their wish came true when the Poggio Nibbiale winery was founded in 1998. Their dream of cultivating wine in the beautiful scenery of southern Tuscany became reality. The vineyards of Poggio Nibbiale are located in the hills of Maremma between Scansano and Magliano, 300 metres above the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a magnificent view of Giglio Island, Elba, Montecristo and the Monte Argentario peninsula.
Tommaso IGT Poggio Nibbiale
The grapes for this unique wine, made from 100% Sangiovese, are exclusively grown on a special hill slope on Poggio Nibbiale. They are handpicked and post-selected prior to vinification. Tommaso Poggio Nibbiale is perfect to match Matured cheese and Red meats. With this wine, Poggio Nibbiale intends to develop the full potential of the indigenous Sangiovese grapes. Consequently, the pure terroir of Poggio Nibbiale – characterized by the close Tyrrhenian sea – emerges most prominently within the Tommaso. The wine ages for 24 months in oak wood barrels of the first and second passage. With barren elegance, balanced acidity, and soft tannins it presents the character and uniqueness of this classic Italian grape variety.
Rosa Cantine Dei, Tasting notes:
Is characterised by a soft pink colour, its aroma is rich in fresh aromas, especially flowers and fruit, red and soft. Moderate acidity, fresh fruit aromas such as cherry, strawberry, raspberry and orange blossom.
the Rosa Cantine Dei IGT comes from the “Martiena” vineyard, which is located in front of the winery and whose grapes are therefore the first to reach the reception area during the harvest. The grapes destined for Rosa are harvested a couple of weeks earlier than those for Rosso di Montepulciano: when the veraison is complete and the acidity level is still high with good sugar content. The soil, rich in sand and tuff, enhances the wine’s fruity taste, its pleasantness and freshness. After a soft pressing, the must is placed in a refrigerated tank at 6-8°C for 24-36 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 14°C for 7-10 days.
Cantine Dei
Cantine Dei is known as one of the best wine producers of Montepulciano. Every year their wines are awarded and recognized by critics as excellent.
At the Dei estate, arts merges with wine. Their cellar is the perfect example of how architecture and winemaking are working together for a stunning result.

Il produttore di vino Gabriele Mazzeschi ha otto ettari di vigneti coltivati con Sangiovese, Syrah, Trebbiano e Malvasia, con una piccola quantità di Cabernet Sauvignon e Canaiolo. Questo vino ha un colore rosa tenue e un sapore fresco e coinvolgente. Il naso è un complesso mix di frutti rossi, violette e rose.
Pietranova
PietraNova si trova in Toscana, nella zona del Bolgheri D.O.C., uno dei territori più prestigiosi per la produzione importante di vini di altissima qualità, riconosciuti dai consumatori italiani e stranieri. Il territorio è protetto dai venti invernali da una catena di colline che corre parallela alla costa, mentre in estate è investito da venti rinfrescanti che si generano a ovest, dal Mar Tirreno.
Oggi, è provato che è proprio questa vicinanza al mare a favorire la produzione di grandi vini, a Bolgheri come a Bordeaux, una città con la quale Bolgheri è gemellata proprio per queste meravigliose caratteristiche che condividono.
Vinificazione:
selezione dei grappoli e raccolta manuale. Sgrondatura e breve macerazione delle bucce con il mosto. Pressatura soffice e fermentazione alcolica in serbatoi di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata.
Trebbiano IGT Capezzana, Tasting notes:
It shows a straw yellow color and nuances of gold. To the nose almond, yellow flowers of the field, vanilla are the most present notes. To the palate it is intense, harmonic with delicate tannins. Elegant, ethereal and balanced, with a complex and persistent aftertaste.
Trebbiano is the novelty and the bet of the company; produced for the first time in 2000 with the aim of relaunching the Trebbiano grape in Tuscany. From a mass selection, a short pruning, a severe green harvest, and a late harvest, Capezzana obtains a very rich must, which ferments and ages in tonneaux, acquires elegant perfumes, and lends itself to long aging. If you’re looking for the magic formula which makes their wines so special, you’ll find it in the great diversity of each vineyard’s soil and orientation that create extreme and fantastic biodiversity. Ha un colore giallo fine ed elegante. Il bouquet è elegante e bilanciato con aromi di agrumi e crosta di pane, il gusto è cremoso e grazie alle bollicine molto fini è delicato e avvolgente.
BontoutVinificazione:
Il vino spumante Bontout è prodotto utilizzando il metodo Martinotti. La base del vino spumante viene raccolta precocemente e, dopo la fermentazione, rimane in acciaio per l'invecchiamento. La spumantizzazione in autoclave è seguita da un periodo di circa 2 mesi di maturazione sui lieviti.

Intense ruby red colour, on the nose aromas of myrtle and eucalyptus emerge together with blueberry and blackcurrant berries, dark chocolate and a hint of leather and spices. In the mouth it is warm and soft, with good structure, velvety tannins and a long finish.
A blend of Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) of Val di Cornia where international grape varieties have their highest expression. The result is a full-bodied but elegant wine, complex for its tertiary aromas that derive from the characteristics of the soil rich in clay and minerals.

Today, on over 600 hectares of agricultural land and in compliance with all European Union regulations on organic farming, it grows vegetables, fruit, cereals and grapes for wine production. It also produces its own animal feed, from which it also obtains the fertiliser that nourishes the soil, thus creating a closed-cycle agricultural system.

In Valdichiana, the tradition of Aglione has continued for centuries, reaching the present day and remaining present in traditional cuisine in many recipes.
Since Etruscan times, this particular species of garlic has marked the culinary tradition of inland Tuscany.
Remaining in the hearts of traditional families in Valdichiana and Val D'Orcia, it has managed to survive to the present day. Orto Fortunato has revived it and made it the focus of its production in order to help everyone rediscover its unique and inimitable flavour, educating them about the beneficial and purifying properties of the species.
